About the group

DILEX is a competitive judo school network founded in 1996 by Dmitry Proektov — a five-time Israeli champion and former national team member. Today around 500 people train at the club across seven branches in Ashkelon.

Sessions run for every level: from a first introduction to the tatami up to the club's own team. Training lasts from 45 minutes for young children up to two hours for those preparing for competitions.
